She has since choreographed and performed in a range of local productions across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. In 2024, she won 'Best Choreographer' at the NODA East District 2 Awards. With over 10 years of teaching exp

In early 2025, driven by a desire to continue inspiring her students through performance, she launched Capella Entertainment. Flo is excited to see what the future holds for Capella Entertainment.

She has performed in a variety of productions across Bedfordshire, often stepping into roles as co-choreographer and dance captain.

In 2024, she co-founded Capricorn Performing Arts with Flo Rowntree. After months of development and workshopping, it officially launched in 2025, offering musical theatre training for all ages. Just a few months later, they launched Capella Entertainment — a platform to keep performing, inspire their students, and create unforgettable memories.
